Our slate roofs are covered by a Lifetime Ltd. Warranty against maunfacturing defects with 50-year non-prorated coverage. The word "Lifetime" means as long as you, the original owners(s) [or the second owner(s) if coverage was properly transferred within the first 15 years] own the property. The 50-year non-prorated period is applicable only to a roof installed on a single family detached residence owned by individual(s).
